Ibrahim & Sons Engineering Sdn Bhd (IBSE) telah maklum mengenai laporan dalam The Edge dan The Star berkenaan tuntutan Steel Hawk Berhad. Segala dakwaan tersebut dinafikan sekeras-kerasnya. Memandangkan perkara ini masih dalam proses litigasi, IBSE akan memberi maklum balas secara eksklusif melalui saluran undang-undang yang betul dan bukannya melalui media.

Kami yakin pihak Mahkamah akan melihat perkara ini sewajarnya: iaitu satu cubaan terdesak untuk menekan kami susulan kegagalan tawaran pengambilalihan mereka. Pada ketika ini, kami hanya boleh menyatakan bahawa kami telah menamatkan perjanjian kerjasama dengan Steel Hawk Berhad baru-baru ini disebabkan pelanggaran syarat perjanjian yang berterusan oleh pihak mereka.

Kami juga akan memfailkan tindakan undang-undang yang sewajarnya atau tuntutan balas dalam tindakan undang-undang yang didakwa telah dimulakan oleh Steel Hawk Berhad. Ibrahim & Sons Engineering Sdn Bhd (IBSE) refers to the reports published in The Edge and The Star on 21 April 2026 concerning the legal action initiated by Steel Hawk Berhad and its subsidiary.

IBSE categorically denies the allegations made and maintains that they are unfounded. As the matter is currently the subject of ongoing legal proceedings, IBSE will address these claims strictly through the appropriate legal channels and not through public discourse.

For clarification, IBSE had previously terminated the collaboration agreement with Steel Hawk Berhad following breaches of its terms. IBSE is in the process of pursuing the necessary legal remedies, including the filing of a counterclaim in response to the action initiated. IBSE has also lodged a police report in relation to the allegations and will extend full cooperation to the relevant authorities as required.
